Maintain content quality for Upper Deck trading card products by performing editorial reviews of pre-production files and print proofs, selecting and managing assets like comic book artwork and memorabilia within budget, creating print layouts, and reviewing production documentation. Create detailed checklists and build projects from the Product Development Team, selecting characters and content to shape the storytelling and strengthen brand identity. Serve as a key point of contact between departments, helping to resolve issues that affect product quality and schedules, and ensuring content deliverables stay on track from concept to final production.

Support the planning and execution of various park events, including seasonal celebrations, private functions, and entertainment shows. Assist with event setup and breakdown, managing supplies and materials, and coordinating with departments like entertainment, guest services and security to ensure smooth operations. Guide guests, manage crowds, answer questions, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Conduct administrative tasks such as inventory support. This fast-paced, guest-facing role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings in a family-friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsible for managing the full planning and execution process for weddings, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each couple. I scheduled and conducted Personal Consultations, Planning Meetings, Detail Calls, and Final Meetings to guide clients through every stage of their wedding journey. I supported 26 couples and coordinated up to 14 staff members during rehearsals and on the wedding day, overseeing timelines, setup, and event flow to ensure everything ran smoothly. In addition to day-of coordination, I managed a wide range of administrative logistics, including drafting and managing contracts, tracking payments, organizing budgets, and coordinating with vendors to confirm services, schedules, and logistics. Developed on-brand flyers and map for the venue, created décor plans, and acted as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors alike, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving from start to finish.

Attractions Cast Member at Pirates of the Carribean in The Walt Disney World Resort Magic Kingdom. Transferred back to California as an Attractions Cast Member at Indiana Jones Adventure in The Disneyland Resort. "Follow Indy’s footsteps into the crumbling Temple of the Forbidden Eye past intricate booby traps." Greet guests, load and unload attractions, and support guests in day-to-day operations.

Regularly update all Social Media sites, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Create, curate, and manage all published content. Develop social media as an effective means to communicate information to consumers in regards to our AS programs, events, services and activities. Be innovative through the utilization of current pop culture trends, as well as new media tools and applications. Shoot, edit, and post promotional videos for Associated Students programs.

Form, evaluate, and execute job description and overarching Marketing tasks. Adapt position to most benefit company and campus partners as often as necessary. Build and organize the Marketing Business Plan for the organization. Delegate the social media posts and marketing tactics and oversee the follow through process. Request and approve all digital and print graphics. Present all marketing plans to my board of Directors on a consistent basis and utilize their constructive feedback in order to better the position and effectively reach our target audience. My success and evaluation of this position will help determine whether Associated Students continues the position within Associated Student Productions as well as if they implement the position to all auxiliaries.

Collaborate and communicate with campus, agent, and artist resources to successfully follow-through and create inclusive spaces at all events. Manage a $35,000 budget.
